Bay House Delivery informationAs a Wholesale Business to Business e-commerce website, Bay House Ingredients are not bound by the Distance Selling Regulations. If you have any queries with your order, please contact us immediately by email.
Carriage Charges U.K.
Standard delivery to most Mainland UK postcodes is £5.99 (ex VAT) for orders weighing up to 25 kilos gross weight within a maximum parcel size of 45 x 30 x 30cm. Economy orders are usually shipped within 2 - 3 working days, depending on the volume of orders we have on hand. Express / Priority delivery to most U.K. postcodes is £ 9.99 (ex VAT) within same packaging parameters, but must be placed before 12-00 noon for same day shipment, otherwise goods will be shipped on the next available working day. We cannot absolutely guarantee Express deliveries will be next day, as courier schedules are out of our control either due to capacity issues or other external influences.
Delivery to Postcodes IV, HS, BT, Highlands & Islands, and some other remote postcodes will attract a premium surcharge.
The shopping cart should identify these charges before you finalise your order.
Parcels will be delivered anytime during the working day from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and it is the customers responsibility to make sure someone is home to receive the delivery.
Carriage Charges Europe
We have a flat rate delivery charge by door to door courier for most European countries. The prices below are based on weight to a maximum of 20 kilos gross weight within a maximum parcel size of 45 x 30 x 30cm.
If your order exceeds 20 kilos or the maximum parcel size, you can be charged in additional 20 kilo increments.

From January 2021 shipments to the EU are sent VAT Free as the UK have left the European Customs Union. You will pay VAT at your local rate on arrival plus Customs fees and associated handling charges . We have no control over these charges so please be sure you investigate these costs before you place your order. We are not liable for any of these charges. If the order is returned for whatever reason, you will still be liable for the two way delivery charges plus any additional fees we incur as a result of the parcel bring returned.For all Export orders, it is the Customers responsbility to ensure the ingredients you purchase are permitted for import to your country. Please check any local restrictions before your order. Bay House Aromatics are not responsible if there are import issues, demands for certification or import licences and we are not liable for any additional charges as a result. Bay House are not responsible for any delays in transit caused by Customs delays as these issues are outside of our control.
Carriage Charges Rest of the World
We have excellent contract rates to many countries like USA, China, Taiwan, Japan and many others. The cart will automatically calculate the price for shipment
based on country of destination and weight of order. If you need some indication for your country, email sales@Bay-House.co.uk and ask us. You will be liable
for any local taxes, import duties, or courier charges applicable in your country of destination. All parcels are shipped by courier and tracking numbers are emailed directly to you once order is despatched.
Lost / Damaged Ingredients
In the unlikely event that a product(s) arrives damaged, or there is an issue with the delivery, please email sales@Bay-House.co.uk within 72 hours of receipt, notifying us of the order number and item. Please also include photographs in order to process any claim. We cannot accept any claim after this time frame.
Bay House Returns policy
All goods must be returned unopened and with original packaging intact. You cannot return used or opened products, or specially
sourced or blended products as these are created to order. You are responsible for the safe and accurate return of goods, so be sure to get proof of despatch
in the event of damage or loss. Before you send product back, be sure to get a returns number from us. Parcels sent back without a returns number will be refused.
Where there has been no error on our part with the original order, as soon as we have safely received the returned goods, we will issue you with
a refund for the cost of the goods minus a 15% handling fee. We do not refund the cost of sending the goods to you or returning the goods to us.
Where there is a dispute on shipping costs or additional fees, we are only able to lodge a claim with the courier within 28 days of original order being despatched.
