This vegetable based clear Soap base is supplied in prepacked 5 kilo tubs direct from the manufacturer Stephensons. Crystal Jelly is quite soft and will need to be stored in a resealable tub. The transparency of the Jelly Soap base means you get excellent colour clarity when using bright colours.

• Pentasodium Pentetate
• Tetrasodium Etidronate.

Manufacturer guide to using Crystal Jelly Soap Base:- :

Remove Crystal Jelly Soap from the container... Cut into smaller pieces, to assist with the melting process... Add to a suitable melting vessel (we recommend covering the vessel / tub whilst heating to maintain moisture levels in the base) heat in a microwave for 8-10 minutes. This process can take longer depending on amount of base used, the vessel, and heat transfer... Gently heat the product to the recommended melt temperature of 85c / 185f, avoid mixing or aerating the product as air bubbles can become trapped within the product. Once melted add fragrance, liquid dye and any additives you wish. Gently and evenly mix your ingredients into the base before you gently pour the product into moulds, tubs, or ontoa layer with other Stephenson Crystal Soap Bases. Be sure to allow the finished product to solidify.
